K6 Events 

April 7/8 Oxford SC (with a training element) 

We are kicking off the 2018 K6 season with a weekend of coaching and racing hosted by Oxford SC. The NoR is here. 
 
Coaching with Dave Hall & Neil Fulcher on Saturday 7 April. 1100hrs in boat park, rigged not changed. Sunday is racing, 3 races, back to back, showing off your new skills. 
 
The entry fees per boat is £44.00 for whole weekend. 
 
Registration will take place from 10:00hrs on 7 April in the clubhouse. 
 
There will be a race briefing for all competitors at 11.45hrs on 7 April. 
 
The galley will be open from 09:00 to 17:00 on Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00 on Sunday. On Saturday night, we are off to a local brewery on the edge of Oxford that offers fish and chips and live music see details here.  
 
Thames Water normally levy a £2 per day charge for the car park, payable in cash at the exit barrier.

July 14/15 Aldeburgh YC 

Always a great welcome at Aldeburgh YC, which currently has the largest fleet of K6s in the UK. 
 
Racing will be in a convenient position on the River Alde so that ww/lw course can be set. 3 races/day, starting at 1300hrs on Saturday, 1030hrs on Sunday. Race briefing at 1130hrs. 
 
Entry fee £46/boat including a jug of Pimms. 
 
3-course dinner in the clubhouse on Saturday night for £27/person.

August 25-27 Torbay Regatta

3 Races a day for Mixed Sportsboat class, potential for 12 + Sportsboats (K6, Viper, VX and SB20) 
 
Great Warm up for the UK Nationals. We can find space locally to store K6s & Vipers until the Nationals 2 weeks later.

September 13/16 National Championships, Royal Torbay YC 

National Championships, Royal Torbay YC 
 
The RTYC are looking forward to welcoming the K6s for their National Championships again. We are once again inviting the Vipers to join us. We have an experienced race team, the club has had a great face-lift and has an excellent new chef. It's going to be a great event! 
 
The dates are Thursday 13 - Sunday 16 September. There will be a training element on day 1, more details to follow.

The entry fee is £170/K6 for the event (£199/Viper). You can enter now via the RTYC website HERE. You will also be able to book tickets to the Championship Dinner on Saturday 15 September at the same time.
